Unfortunately, I can now confirm that the applicant for the development at 10 Congleton Rd (refused unanimously by Northern Planning Committee in October) has lodged two appeals with the Planning Inspectorate. The appeals will be via written representation and interested parties have until 5th April to submit their comments. Please join me in fighting these appeals by registering your comments at:
