PARK DRAINS CLEANED OUT

I am pleased to report that the drains in the park have recently been jet hosed and cleaned out.  I had been pressing ANSA (parks maintenance) to do this for some time as many residents will know there had been a problem with the drains backing up and leaving standing water across the footpath.  I am happy that the work has been done and hope that the drainage system will now be able to cope with the next downpour.
