Application 15/1955M (demolition of existing nightclub building and erection of 12 bungalows, including 4 affordable dwellings, with associated car parking, gardens and landscaping) will be heard at Northern Planning Committee on Wednesday 6th July. Let me know what you think.

In the event that the Committee decides to approve this application, I'm minded to ask for a Section 106 agreement for funds towards a new crossing on Wilmslow Road, or for a footpath alongside the Ryleys School Playing Field.
